Mocha Frappe Shake

This is the season of blazing heat and scorching sun and the best advice you would get from anybody is to keep yourself hydrated as much as possible. And  my idea of beating the heat is the yummy Mocha Frappe shake , the kind you will taste in the coffee shops. But, this one is definitely much healthier.



RECIPE: Mocha Frappe Shake

INGREDIENTS:

Chilled Low fat milk – 1 cup
Instant coffee powder- 3/4th tsp
Cocoa powder (unsweetened) – 1 tsp
Sugar -  5 tsp
Ice cubes – ½ cup
Chocolate syrup -1 tsp (optional)
Whipped topping (optional)

METHOD:

Grind the ice cubes to dust. Then, add coffee, milk and 1 tbsp of cocoa powder and grind again for about 30 secs. Pour it in a tall glass add whipped topping on it for decoration. Sprinkle cocoa powder on the top for added oomph.

Serves 2.

With topping: 145
Without toppings: 120


Note:
You can add  sugar free and use soy milk natural to make it more healthier.
